摘要 糖尿病性心脏自主神经病变（DiabeticCardiovascularAutonomicNeuropathy，DCAN）指糖尿病患者出现心血管系统自主神经损伤症状或体征，同时也排除了其他原因引起。由于发病隐匿、临床表现无特异性呈多样化、检测方法及诊断标准不统一，
