中国环境资源面临的形势与对策研究——以河南为例

Study on Environmental Resources Situation and Countermeasures in China by Taking Henan Province as Example

资源环境和气候变化已经成为世界关注的焦点,随着人类经济发展和消费需求增加,人类对资源环境的不合理开发利用导致资源枯竭和环境恶化,中国改革开放三十年来,经济增长方式粗放,中国目前面临环境资源约束。河南省的经济增长和环境资源形势和中国的整体形势相似,资源环境对经济社会发展的约束日益显现,分析河南省面临的资源环境形势,对水、大气等环境和水、能源等资源进行研究,明确目前现状和产生问题的原因,进而提出科学的解决对策是本文的主要内容。

Changes in resources, environment and climate have become the focus of world attention, with the development of economy and increase of consumption demand. Irrational utilization of resources and environment leads to deterioration of the envi- ronment. China mainly adopts extensive development model in the past three decades since China＇s reform and opening up, which currently leads to resources constraint. The economic growth and environmental resources situation of Henan Province is similar to that of the whole country. This paper analyzes the current problems faced by the province in water, air and energy resources to clarify current problems in a bid to put forward scientific solutions.
