医疗废物一次性包装纸箱的研究与应用

Study and Application of Disposable Packaging Corrugated Boxes for Medical Wastes

论文基于北京市传染病医疗废物特点,结合北京市医疗废物产生、贮存、运输、处置以及管理特点,研究了一种可用于医疗废物包装的一次性纸箱。研究设计了该纸箱的容积、材料、尺寸以及性能要求等主要结构特点,并根据结构参数试生产、检测且试用了该纸箱。研究和试用结果表明,设计的纸箱可用于北京市医疗废物包装,并且经济便捷,在一定程度上能够减少医疗废物对接触人员的健康风险和环境风险。同时,基于以上特点和结论,认为该纸箱可以在突发传染性公共卫生事件中应急使用,对中国目前的医疗废物专用包装物种类是一种补充和完善。

Based on the attributes of infectious medical wastes in Beijing, a kind of disposable packaging corrugated box was studied in this paper combining with characteristics of production, storage, transportation, disposal and management. This re- search discussed and designed the major structural characteristics such as volume, material, size and performance requirements of the disposable packaging corrugated boxes for medical wastes, and then a batch of boxes was produced according to those parame- ters. Results from the study and use showed that the disposable packaging corrugated box designed in this paper was can be used to the packaging of infectious medical wastes in Beijing appropriately, economically and conveniently, and the application of this container could reduce risks to persons and environment involving with infectious medical wastes. Further, it＇s believed that this kind of container is a supplement and perfection to the current containers specific to medical waste, and it can be used for the rap- id response to the public health emergency.
