糠醛生产项目对大气环境污染及其防治措施研究

糠醛生产工艺简单,原料来源广泛,目前,糠醛企业在中国已得到广泛的发展。但是糠醛生产过程会排放大量的工业废气,对周围环境空气的污染较为严重。通过对糠醛企业生产工艺及产污环节的探究,以及对部分糠醛企业的实地踏查,分析大气污染物实测数据及环保验收监测数据对现有环境空气的影响,根据企业大气防治措施的可行性,因地制宜地提出了不同的污染防治措施,确保大气污染物达标排放,能够有效降低污染物的排放量,切实减轻糠醛企业生产过程对环境空气造成的影响。

At present, furfural enterprises in China have been widely development because of the simple production process and the wide raw material sources of the furfural production. But the amount of industrial waste gas emitted during the furfural production process will cause serious pollution to the surrounding environmental air. In this paper, based on the researches of production process and pollutants segments of furfural enterprises, as well as the field investigations on the part of furfural enterprises, and the analysis of pollutants measured data and environmental protection acceptant monitoring data, and according to the feasibility of at- mosphere control measures for the enterprises, we propose a set of economic and practical air pollution prevention and control meas- ure. It can effectively reduce the emission of pollutants, and ensure that the pollutant discharge standardly. In addition, it can effec- tively reduce the pollution to the atmospheric environment, which is caused by the production process of furfural enterprises.
