摘要
通过芜湖长江大桥准项目法施工管理的实践,探索出成本管理具体运作上应重点抓好的几个问题,并提出项目法施工管理的一些体会。
Through the practice of construction management with the quasi - project method in the Wu Hu Great Yangtze River Bridge, a few problems in the operation of cost management have been studied and have to be well solved as a priority. The paper also tells some personal experience learned from construction management with the project method.
