CD4＋C25 D2＋CD127^low 调节性T细胞在Graves病诊断中的作用

摘要 Graves病是公认的身免疫性疾病，其诊断主要依据临床症状、体征及甲状腺功能，具体发病机制不清，目前调节性T细胞与Graves病的发病机制是国内外研究热点。我们对Graves病患者和正常人血中高表达人白细胞分化抗原25（CD25）同时低表达白胞分化抗原127（CD127）的CD4调节性T细胞进行检测，观察其在Graves病诊断中的作用。
