肺静脉多层螺旋CT成像在房颤射频消融术的应用 被引量:7

摘要 肺静脉内的异位兴奋病灶与房颤的发生密切相关。目前临床应用射频消融作为房颤非药物性治疗方法,通过环绕肺静脉口实施电隔离…。多层螺旋CT不但可以对左心房及肺静脉的靶目标进行观察,并且可以多方位观察活体肺静脉、左心房,能够全面了解肺静脉、左心房及周围毗邻结构的解剖情况,为射频消融治疗房颤提供有价值信息。我们对肺静脉和房颤关系及多层螺旋CT射频消融术环肺静脉隔离术前评估,术后评估及术后随访作一综述。
