摘要
研究了IL -6促进受照射小鼠造血和免疫功能恢复的作用 ,并对机理进行了初步探讨。实验结果表明 ,IL -6可以促进受照射小鼠外周血细胞的恢复 ,提高受照射小鼠的生存率及脾脏淋巴细胞转化率。其促进照射后机体造血和免疫功能恢复的机理是通过刺激照后残余造血干细胞的增殖、分化 ,该过程需要一段较长的时间 。
This article explains the research on the rehabilitating feffects and its mechanism of IL-6 on hemotopoietic and immunological function.The results indicate that IL-6 can not only accelerate the recovery of peripheral blood,but also improve the lymphocyte transformtion rate of splenic cells.It raise the survival rate of irradiated mice.The mechanism is due tothe accelerative action on the recovery of hematopoietic and immunological function in exposed mice.This procedure needs a longer time.It is not due to the inhibitory irradiation upon programmed cell death.
