电切镜下钬激光碎石术治疗膀胱结石42例

目的探讨电切镜下钬激光碎石术治疗膀胱结石的有效性和安全性。方法利用电切镜电切环操作通道置入钬激光光纤,行膀胱结石碎石治疗42例作为观察组,另选择同期采用膀胱镜气压弹道碎石术治疗的42例膀胱结石患者作为对照组,比较和分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组平均手术时间(32.6±5.8)min,对照组平均手术时间(49.8±6.2)min,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组结石排净率97.62%,对照组结石排净率95.24%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后无1例并发症发生,对照组有2例中转开放手术。结论电切镜下钬激光碎石术治疗膀胱结石具有快速、安全、创伤小、术后恢复快等优点,是一种有效、可行的腔道泌尿外科碎石方法。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of electro-resectoscopic Holmium laser lithotripsy for treatment of bladder stones. Methods Using electricity cut mirror ring channel placement operation holmium laser optical fiber, line gravel treat 42 cases of bladder calculi as observation group, the other choice in the same period by cystoscope pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy treatment of 42 patients with bladder stones were as control group, the comparison and analysis of two groups of clinical therapeutic effect. Results Observation group, the average operative time （32.6 ± 5.8） min, the control group, the average operative time （49.8 ± 6.2） min, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; stone clearance rate of the observation group 97.62% in the control group stones net emission rate of 95.24%, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉 0.05）; observed no cases of postoperative complications occurred in the control group,2 cases were converted to open surgery. Conclusion Electro- resectoscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for treatment of bladder stones with fast, safe, less trauma, faster postoperative recovery, is a kind of effective, feasible intracavity department of urology method.
