医用瓶口贴用于固定静脉留置针的临床研究

目的观察医用瓶口贴用于固定静脉留置针在临床输液中的应用效果。方法采用随机抽样方法对临床使用静脉留置针的150例患者,根据住院号进行分组。奇数号为对照组,偶数号为试验组,各75例。对照组使用3 M透明敷贴、试验组使用医用瓶口贴固定静脉留置针。观察两组患者出现脱管、皮肤红肿或湿疹、静脉炎等情况及留置时间的长短。结果医用瓶口贴固定留置针保留时间(3.31±0.96)d长于3 M透明敷贴的保留时间(2.96±0.99)d,脱管、皮肤红肿或湿疹、静脉炎等不良反应明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论使用医用瓶口贴代替3 M透明敷贴用于固定静脉留置针,具有科学、节约、安全、便捷和防污染等优点。

Objective To observe application effect of medical bottle to stick fixed venous indwelling needle used in clinical transfusion. Methods 150 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, and the incidence of skin irritation or eczema, phlebitis, and so on of, and the length of the indwelling time two groups were observed. Results Infusion bottle to stick fixed needle retention time was longer than 3 M transparent patches of retention time, take off the tube and skin irritation or eczema, adverse reactions such as phlebitis were significantly less than the traditional group. Conclusion Using medical bottle to stick instead of 3 M transparent patches for fixed venous indwelling needle is safe, convenient, and pollution prevention.
