农村寄宿制学校:运行现状与发展建议——基于对山东蒙阴县8所寄宿制小学教师的调查 被引量:6

On Rural Boarding School from the Perspective of Teachers:Running Situations and Developing Advice:Investigating on Eight Boarding Schools in Mengyin County

摘要 应国家寄宿制学校建设政策的感召和农村教育发展现实之需,山东蒙阴县积极谋划标准化寄宿制学校建设,深入探索农村基础教育的优质、均衡、规模化发展。通过对蒙阴全县寄宿制小学教师的调研发现,寄宿制学校建设政策获得了广大教师的支持,办学实效得到高度认可。针对教师提出的安全责任、工作任务、内部管理等方面的问题,寄宿制学校应在岗位分工、内部管理及资源配置等方面推进内涵式建设。 Mengyin County of Shandong province has been implementing the policy of standardized rural boarding school construction lately. Such a policy complies with the spirits of national boarding school construction project and conforms to the need of the times. Since the issuing of No. 1 document in January 2006 ,the constructing work of standardized rural boarding schools has basically finished,and the schools are running smoothly. After a painstaking investigation in eight boarding schools in Mengyin, this paper presents such findings: firstly, this policy has got high acceptance of teachers; secondly,the actual effect of boarding school running is highly approved by teachers; thirdly, the rural boarding schools should further advance in the way of intension development,especially in school management.
