摘要
教育部颁布的《小学教师专业标准(试行)》,明确提出以"学生为本"的基本理念,在专业理念与师德、专业知识以及专业能力三个维度的13个领域中,均体现了对小学教师以小学生为主体、促进小学生生动活泼、健康快乐成长的相关要求。文章据此探讨了基于儿童发展的小学教师专业性的三重意蕴:尊重儿童发展的特殊性是小学教师专业性的前提;为儿童营造发展的幸福体验是小学教师专业性的价值旨归;走进儿童的教育视界是小学教师专业性的特质。
The Primary School Teachers' Specialty Standard (in trial) issued by the Ministry of Education clearly advocates the basis ideal of "students as the base". It reflects the related requirements of primary school students as subjective body on the part primary school teachers to enhance students' lively, healthy and happy way of growth in thirteen fields from the three dimensions such as specialty and teachers' morality, specialty knowledge and specialty capability. Accordingly, the paper explores the three connotations of primary school teachers' specialty on the basis of children development. Respect of the peculiarity of children development is the premise of primary school teachers' specialty, the happy atmosphere created for children development is the aim of the value of primary school teachers' specialty, and entry into children education's vision is the trait of primary school teachers' specialty.
