摘要
针对当前毁伤场参数测量中存在通用测试系统布设不便、存储测试系统需要回收读数、回收困难等问题,设计了一种毁伤场参数测试备份系统,综合运用了数据采集技术、存储测试技术与无线和光纤通信技术,采用"智能传感单元记录+集中备份1+集中备份2"的多备份存储方式,将数据存于不同位置,保证所测数据在恶劣环境下的可靠性。实测数据分析证明了该备份系统的可靠性与优越性。
In current damage field parameter tests, due to the problems of laying inconvenience for general testsystems, having to recycle data and having difficulty in recycling, a backup system for damage field parameter tests is designed in this paper, in which data acquisition technology, storage testing technology, wireless and optical fiber communication technology are used synthetically. Multi-backup storage method of "smart sensor unit record +centralized backup 1+ centralized backup 2" is adopted, by which the data can be stored in different places so as to ensure the reliability of the measured data in harsh environments. The results of data analysis demonstrate that the backup system has reliability and superiority.
