眼底照相在糖尿病性视网膜病变筛查中的临床应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨眼底彩色照相技术筛查糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)的诊断价值.方法:我院2011年4月~2013年4月筛检的376例2型糖尿病患者共752眼,所有患者均经过内分泌科确诊,眼科医生常规眼部检查,检查视力、眼压后再行眼底照相,发现DR的进一步行荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)检查.结果:376例(752眼)确诊糖尿病患者中未发现DR病变者392眼,占52.1%,发现180例(360眼)DR者眼,占47.9%.结论:眼底彩色照相可作为一种DR的筛选工具,为DR的基层防治工作提供一种简便易行的观察检测手段.
