不同年龄段眩晕患者的病因分析

摘要 眩晕是神经内科常见临床症状,主要表现为周围环境和（或）自身旋转、直线运动感、不稳定或头重脚轻感;是一种运动性幻觉或错觉,或认为眩晕是平衡障碍在患者大脑皮层内所产生的主观反映.引起眩晕的疾病很多,除神经内科外,还涉及到内科、耳鼻咽喉科疾病及骨科的疾病.如何根据常见的眩晕病因及临床特征快速进行筛选及诊断就显得尤为重要.本研究收集2010年4月～2013年3月神经科门诊及住院的232例眩晕患者的临床资料,并就不同年龄段患者的病因进行分析,旨在提高对眩晕性疾病的常见病因的理解及诊断与治疗水平.
