摘要
本文介绍的系统是基于FBs系列PLc设计的变频调速恒压供水系统。实现的功能包括了水泵的自动投切功能、定时倒泵功能、故障倒泵功能、低水位自动保护功能、优化的故障处理功能、水泵检修功能、自动休眠功能等。该系统具有动态响应快、水压控制平滑、稳定性高等特点。
In this paper, the system is based on the FBs series PLC designing for frequency control of motor speed constant pressure water supply system. The functions include automatic switching function of the pump, sleep down the pump function, fault switching pump function, the low water level automatic protection function, optimization of fault processing functions, pump maintenance function, as well as auto dormancy function. The system has fast response, hydraulic control smooth, high stability characteristics.
