实车空调系统最佳制冷剂量的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用汽车模拟实车空调系统试验台,选择某款汽车用的蒸发器、冷凝器、膨胀阀等空调系统部件,实验研究了制冷剂量变化对制冷压缩机工作性能的影响。通过将相关参数匹配到汽车空调压缩机耐久性试验台上,在压缩机1800rpm转速工况下逐渐加入制冷剂进行实验,得到制冷剂量与压缩机排气压力、吸气压力、过冷度和过热度等曲线,探索系统最佳制冷剂冲入量。研究结果表明:制冷压缩机在合适的制冷剂量条件下工作更加稳定可靠,为空调压缩机的开发和应用奠定了实验基础。 In this paper,by using actual vehicle component system bench,vehicle evaporator and vehicle condenser and vehicle expansion valve, etc were chosen, refrigerant amount’ s influence on compressor was tested and researched . The vehicle parts were matched on the actual vehicle component system bench and charging refrigerant in a situation of compressor speed is 1800rpm;and curves of Pd-refrigerant and Ps-refrigerant and SC-refrigerant, etc were got and optimum refrigerant of the actual vehicle component system bench were explored.The result shows that compressor works more smoothly when refrigerant amount is appropriate.The research built a test foundation for the research and development of new compressor.
