自拟“喘灵液”治疗支气管哮喘的临床研究

目的 :观察“喘灵液”的临床疗效及作用机制。方法 :10 1例患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 5 1例应用自拟“喘灵液”,1个月为 1个疗程 ,一般用药 1～ 3个疗程 ;对照组 5 0例应用西药 ,1周为 1个疗程 ,一般用 1～ 3周。结果 :治疗组总有效率 72 .5 5 % ,对照组总有效率 6 8.0 0 % (P<0 .0 1)。治疗组治疗后 ,能明显减少过敏体质例数 ,降低血小板聚集数 ,减少串珠红细胞数 ,使白细胞恢复吞噬能力 ;而对照组上述变化不明显。结论 :自拟“喘灵液”治疗支气管哮喘可增强白细胞吞噬能力 ,提高自身免疫力 。

Objective:To observe the clinically curative effects and mechanisms of Chuanling liquor (CLL,喘灵液).Methods:One hundred and one cases were randomly divided into two groups.The treated group ( n =51) was treated with CLL prepared by author for 1 month as a therapeutic course.The control group ( n =50) was treated with western medicine for 1 week as a therapeutic course.In general 13 therapeutic courses were used for two groups respectively.Results:The total effective rates were 72 55% in treated group and 68 00% in control group respectively ( P <0 01).After therapy the amount of anaphylactic constitution was obviously decreased,the platelet aggregation was depressed,the amount of a string of red blood cells was reduced,and the phagocytosis capability was restored but in control group the abovementiond changes were not significant.Conclusions:The CLL prepared by author in treatment for asthma is able to increase the phagocytosis capability of white blood cells to heighten the immune ability of constitution and the curative effects are confirmed.
