摘要
目的 :采用激光配合N .S涂料综合治疗 ,探讨激光治疗牙本质过敏症的增效方法。方法 :76|6776|67因面磨损致牙本质过敏的牙齿 1 2 0 0颗 ,平均分为实验组 (激光 +N .S涂料综合治疗 ) ,对照Ⅰ组 (单纯激光照射治疗 ) ,对照Ⅱ组 (单纯N .S涂料治疗 )。统计学处理。取离体牙 1 0颗 ,亦均分成 3组 ,标本制作方法与临床组相同。用扫描电镜观察。结果 :实验组疗效均高于两对照组有高度显著性差异P <0 .0 1。扫描电镜观察 ,对照Ⅰ组牙本质小管末端管腔变形 ,缩小 ,呈明显热凝后的熔融状。对照Ⅱ组小管末端可见颗粒状N .S涂料结晶体沉积。实验组热凝后的牙本质小管管腔内可见N .S涂料结晶体沉积 ,有的呈斑块状 ,将小管末端完全封闭。结论 :激光配合N .S涂料综合治疗 ,可使激光治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效得到进一步提高。
Objective:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]To investigate the additional use of N.S paints in improving the effectiveness of laser treatment for hypersensitive dentine.[WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]One thousand and two hundred hypersensitive teeth were selected and divided equally into three groups:(1)experimantal group (treated by laser+N.S paint);(2) control group #1(treated by laser irradiation only);(3)control group #2(treated by N.S paint only).Ten extracorporeal teeth were also selected and divided into the same three groups.They were studied by electron microscope scanning after treatment.[WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]After statistical analysis of treatment effectiveness between the different groups,the experimental group showed the best result (99.5% effective) while the two control groups had reduced effectiveness (94.5% for control group #1 & 84.5% for control group #2),P<0.01.Electron microscope scanning revealed that the dentinal tubule end cavity in control group #1 had become smaller and showed fused shape as the result of thermosetting.The dentinal tubule end in control group #2 showed N.S paint crystalloid aggregation.The experimental group also demonstrated N.S paint crystalloid aggregation,but different shapes can be seen due to thermosetting fusion,including some clot shapes that completely blocked dentinal tubule ends.[WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]The effectiveness of laser treatment for hypersensitive dentine can be significantly improved by the combinational use of N.S paint.
