摘要
目的 :探讨黄芪最佳提取工艺。方法 :采用正交设计优选 ,以黄芪甲苷为检测指标。结果 :最佳提取条件为 :用 12倍量的水浸泡 0 .5 h,煎煮三次 ,每次 2 h。结论 :本文优选的水提工艺黄芪甲苷提取率达到 90
OBJECTIVE:To explore a better extraction process of Radix Astragali.METHOD:Using astragaloside IV as the detection index to explore the extraction process by orthogonal design.RESULTS:The optimum extraction condition is:soaking in 12 times amount of water for half an hour and decocting 2 hours each time for 3 times.CONCLUSION:Radix Astragali should be extracted by water and the extraction rate of astragaloside IV is more than 90%.
