葛根素对肺心病高粘血症血液流变学影响的研究

观察葛根素注射液治疗肺心病高粘血症 2 3例 ,并与常规疗法 2 0例进行对比结果治疗组高切、低切全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、血沉较治疗前均有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,而对照组除血沉、红细胞压积外无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5) ,说明该药对改善血流态、血粘度及微循环等有一定作用。

ABJECTIVE:To investigate the hemorheological effect of Puerarin injection in Blook Hyperviscosity Syndrome (BHS) of Cor Pulmonale.METHODS:43 patients with Bhs of Cor pulmonale were selected.23 cases were treated with Puerarin injection.20 cases were treated with regular regimen.RESULTS: There were statistically significant difference in high shearing viscosity,low shearing viscosity,plasma ciscosity,hematocrit(HCT),fibrinogen,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) between pre-treatment and post-treatment in the treatment group(P<0.01);Whereas there were no significant difference except ESR,HCT in the control group(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Puerarin injection plays certain roles on improving hemorheology,blood viscosity and microvirculation.
