特拉唑嗪治疗高血压的临床观察

Effect of Terazosin on treatment of Essential Hypertension

目的 :观察特拉唑嗪降压疗效。方法 :测定特拉唑嗪治疗 4周前后的动态血压监测 ,并计算其降压的T/P比值。结果 :偶测血压总有效率为 83.33% ,动态血压监测总有效率为 91.6 7%。心率无明显变化 ,T/P比值 ,SBP为 6 8.2 1% ,DBP为 78.83%。副作用发生率为 16 .6 7% ,多轻微可耐受。结论 :特拉唑嗪能平稳降压控制 2 4小时血压水平 ,降压安全有效。

Aim:To observe the antihypertensive effect of terazosin. Methods:Twenty four patients of mild to moderate essential hypertension were given terazosin 2～6 mg once daily. The treatment course is 4 weeks. Results:Total effective rate was 83.3% in CBP monitoring,but was 91.67 in ABPM.No changed in heart rate were found.The trough/peak ratio of systolic and diastolic BP were 68.21% and 78.83%,respetively.The incidence of adverse effects was 16.67%. Conclusion:Terazolin once a day could decreased the 24 h blood pressure. It is safe and well tolerated in mild to moderate hypertension.
