摘要
目的 :为了改善 Parkinson病动物模型的行为变化。方法 :将 Parkinson病动物模型自体颈上神经节移植入尾状核 ,术后 30~ 60天中观察动物模型的行为变化。结果 :移植术后经行为检测 ,动物模型的行为有明显改善 ;光镜下观察 ,移植物成活。结论 :颈上神经节脑内移植可明显改善 Parkinson病动物模型的行为。
Objective:To improve the behavior variation of the model animal suffered from parkinson disease.Methods:The superior cervical ganglion(SCG)which contaions norepinephrine and dopamine neurons was transplanted into the caudate nucleus of the model animal.The model animal′[KG-6]s behavior variation was studied from 30 to 60 days after transplantation.Results:After SCG transplantation,model animal[KG-6]s behavior improved manifestly and transplated SCG cells survived in the brain.Conclusion:The transplantation of SCG may be developed into a new way or method for Parkinson disease[KG-6]s therapy.
