摘要
目的 :建立芍甙脉康冲剂中芍药甙的含量测定方法。方法 :采用双波长薄层扫描法对样品中芍药甙进行了定量分析。薄层板为硅胶 GF2 54 ,展开剂为氯仿 -甲醇 (4∶ 1 ) ,样品测定波长 λs=2 54nm,λR=365nm。结果 :平均加样回收率为 98.4% ,精密度及稳定性的相对标准偏差分别为 2 .1 %及 0 .96%。结论 :薄层扫描法测定芍药甙含量优于薄层比色法 ,该方法简单 ,重现性好 ,适合该制剂的含量测定。
Objectiv:We have established a TLCS method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Shaodaimaikang granule on silica-gel GF254 plate.Methods:The solvent system chloroform-methanol(4∶1)was used as a developer.The sample wavelength was 254 nm and the reference wavelength was 365nm.Results:The average recovery was 98.4%.The RSD of precision and stability are 2.1% and 0.96%,respectively.Conclusion:TLCS method can determinate paeoniflorin more accurate than TLC-UV colorimetry method.This method was simple and accurate.It was suitable to assay the preparation.
