摘要
目的 :观察酒精性肝病大鼠肝细胞超微结构的变化。方法 :应用体视学的方法计量了实验性酒精中毒组大鼠 (5只 ,自由饮用 2 0 %的酒精 1 4周 )和对照组大鼠 (5只 ,自由饮用去离子水 1 4周 )肝细胞线粒体的体密度 (Vvm)、面密度 (Svm)、面数密度 (Nam)、比表面 (Qm)和规化形状因子 (RFFm) ;粗面内质网的体密度 (Vvr)、面密度 (Svr)。结果 :肝细胞 RFFm非常显著的减小 (P<0 .0 1 )、Vvm显著增加 (P<0 .0 5)、Nam呈增高趋势 (P<0 .0 5)。肝细胞 Vvr、Svr非常显著的降低 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :酒精中毒可导致肝细胞线粒体的畸形和增生 ;酒精中毒可引起肝细胞粗而内质网数量的减少 ,提示酒精可以引起肝细胞损伤并且可能是酒精性肝病的早期阶段。
Objective:To study the ultrastructural changes of hepatocytes on tat of alcoholic liver disease.Methods:the tolloing parameters of the hepatocytes on tat from alcoholic liver disease group:Volume density(Vvm),Surface density (Svm),Specific surface(Qm),Area number density(Nam)and Regular form factor(RFFm)of mitochondria.Volume density(Vvr)and Surface density of rough endopiasmic reticulum.Results:The RFFm of hepatocytes were markedly decreased (P<0.01),the Vvm of hepatocytes were markedly increased(P<0.05)and the Nam of hepatocytes were increased(P>0.05)when the rat were gaven 20% ethanol for 14 weeks.The Vvr Svr and of hepatocytes were markedly decreased (P<0.001) when the rat were gaven 20% ethanol for 14 weeks.Conclution:The ethanol has induced significantly deformation and proliferation of hepatocytic mi-tochondria.the ethanol has induced decrease of the rough endoplasmic reticulum.these results showed that ethanol has induced damage of the hepatocytes on early.
