不同界面处理法棉花秸秆水泥基砌块力学性能影响研究 被引量:13

摘要 为充分利用新握地区农作物剩余物——棉花秸秆,以水泥和砂为基体相,以棉杆纤维为增强相,采用碱处理和接枝处理2种棉杆纤维界面相处理方法,制备棉花秸秆水泥基砌块,对不同界面处理法的砌块的力学性能进行测试和分析。结果表明:用碱处理法改性的棉杆纤维制备的砌块的力学性能较好;用碱液浓度为1.5%~2.0%、浸泡时间24~28h表面处理过的棉杆纤维制备的砌块的力学性能最优。该研究可为植物纤维农作物剩余物作为增强相制备植物纤维水泥基复合材料的研究与生产提供参考。 To make full use of crop residues in Xinjiang region-cotton straw the plant fiber reinforced cement-based block was configurated with cement and sand which was matrix phase and cotton stalk fibers which was reinforced phase.Using 2 boundary phase treatments of cotton stem fiber,alkali treatment and grafting treatment.Testing and analysing mechanical properties of blocks which is adopted different boundary phase treatments.The results showed that the mechanical properties of blocks which was adopted alkali treatment was better,the mechanical properties of blocks which soaked in 1.5%-2.0% of alkali liquor for 24-28 hours was best.The research could provide reference for researching and production of the composite materials-plant fiber block based cement which the reinforced phase was plant fiber crop residues.
