摘要
通过在某施工期铁路混凝土箱梁桥内部布设温度传感器,建立了现场温度测试系统,实测了晴天时混凝土箱梁内部温度及环境温度。经分析试验数据,得出了太阳辐射下混凝土箱梁沿竖向温度分布、沿板厚的温度分布及最大温差发生的时间和峰值,实测沿箱梁竖向最大温差约为12℃,沿板厚最大温差为8℃,且腹板温差小于顶板温差。按铁路桥梁相关规定计算了沿梁高的温度梯度,实测值与计算值符合良好。
Through arranging the temperature sensor in a certain concrete box girder during constrution period,the field temperature testing system was established to measure concrete box girder internal temperature and environmental temperature in the sunny day. Through the analysis of the measured data, it was concluded that the vertical temperature distribution, temperature distribution along the thickness in the concrete box girder under solar radiation and the maximum temperature gradient occurred time and the peak, founding the biggest vertical temperatrue differrence was 12 ℃, the peak along the thickness was 8 ℃, further more, the maximum temperature differ-ence in ventral plate was less than the top plate.The temperature gradient in box grider along the vertical direction according to related reg- ulations of railway Bridges, the measured values were in good agreement with calculated value.
