尽管南京路、淮海中路商业街也面,】岳巨大的压力,但坚信电子商务不会取代传统商业,电商对不同产业带来的影响不同。商业未来的发展应该是商业品牌的电商化,实体品牌要从模式上创新;同时,商业场地还有向餐饮、娱乐,以及有特色的品牌商品供应商等转型的机遇。
Although Nanjing Road and Huaihai Road (M.) are challenged by the e-commerce, the online retailers will not replace the traditional cominerce and the impacts are various wiih the industries. The commercial brands should transfor to the likes of e-retailers and innovate on the modes. In the mean time, there are opportunities for the commercial spaces to transfer to the catering, entertainment and other special brand suppliers.
