经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗高危前列腺增生症的临床效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的总结经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗高危前列腺增生症的经验。方法回顾性分析我院2011年1月至2013年6月55例采用经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗高危前列腺增生症患者的资料。结果 55例均获得成功,无1例改开放手术,平均手术时间92分钟,无1例出现电切综合征。结论经尿道前列腺等离子电切术具有创伤小、手术时间短、出血少、恢复快、并发症少等优点,是治疗高危前列腺增生症患者的理想方法。
