子宫颈癌20例放射治疗的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of radiation therapy on 20 cases of cervical cancer

目的探讨子宫颈癌放射治疗的临床疗效,提高患者康复率。方法选择我院收治的20例子宫颈癌予以放射治疗的患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性的分析和总结。结果 CR 10例(50%)、PR 4例(20%)、总有效率70%。出现的不良反应有胃肠道反应11例(55%)、骨髓抑制5例(25%)、放射性直肠炎3例(15%)。结论放射治疗应用于子宫颈癌治疗的临床效果十分显著,有效的延长了患者生命,改善并提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the radiation therapy of cervical cancer clinical efficacy, improve patient recovery rates. Methods In our hospital, clinical data of 20 cases with cervical cancer got radiation therapy were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results CR 10 patients （50%）, PR 4 patients （20%）, the total efficiency 70%. Adverse reactions were gastrointestinal reactions 11 cases （55%）, bone marrow suppression five cases （25 % ） , radiation proctitis 3 cases （ 15% ）. Conclusions Radiation therapy used in the treatment of cervical cancer clinical effect is very significant, effectively extending the lives of patients, improve and＇enhance the patients quality of life.
