Determination of Baicalin in Ertongqingredaozhi pills by HPLC

目的 建立儿童清热导滞丸中黄芩苷含量的测定方法.方法 采用Diamonsil C18柱（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm）,以甲醇-0.2％磷酸溶液（40∶60）为流动相,流速为1 ml/min,检测波长为278 nm,柱温为25℃.结果 黄芩苷进样量线性范围为0.001008～0.025 20 μg/μl（r =0.999 9）,平均回收率为100.15％,RSD为1.28％（n=2）.结论 该法准确、可靠,能满足质量控制要求.

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Baicalin in Ertongqingrejiaonang pill. Methods The Diamonsil-C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm） was used with methanol - 0.2% phosphoric acid solution （ 40 ： 60 ） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The detection wavelength was 278 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range was 0. 01008 -0. 2520μg（r =0. 9999）. The average recovery rates were 100.15%. The RSD was 1.28%. Conclusions This method is accurate and reliable, which could meet the requirements of quality control.
