摘要
目的 :探讨长期服用氨氯地平的安全性和对靶器官损害的作用。方法 :10 6例高血压病 2级及 3级患者服用氨氯地平平均 2 .5± 0 3年 ,观察其顺从性、安全性以及对靶器官是否有良好影响。结果 :患者血压持续稳定于理想水平 ,左室肥厚逆转 ,心脏舒张功能改善 ,尿蛋白排泄量下降 ,眼底变化亦有明显改善。结论 :长期服用氨氯地平不论从顺从性。
Objective :To evaluate longterm therapeutic effect of amlodipine on target organs in essential hypertension. Methods :One hundred and six cases of essential hypertension in phase 2 and phase 3 were treated with amlodipine for 2.5±0 3 years.The changes of target organs were investigated. Results:Longterm treatment with amlodipine ,the blood pressure was maintained at ideal level.left ventricular hypertrophy was reversed,albuminuria was decreased,hypertensive retinopathy was improved. Conclusion:The long term treatment with amlodipine was safty in hypertensive patients,the reversal effect of target organs impairment is significant.
