This paper summarizes Professor Bai＇ s experience with chronic pulmonary heart disease at remission stage. It is believed that the main pathogenesis is deficiency mingling with excess, especially deficiency. Deficiency involves in lung, spleen, kidney and heart; excess involves in phlegm retention and blood stasis. Strengthening healthy qi to consolidate constitution as the treatment principle and eliminating phlegm and expelling blood stasis should be emphasized. One proven case is presented.
