加味去杖汤结合平衡针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Combination of“Jiawei Quzhang Decoction”and balance-acupuncture therapy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨加味去杖汤结合平衡针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将78例病例按随机数字表法分为治疗组(40例)与对照组(38例);治疗组采用加味去杖汤配合平衡针法综合治疗,对照组单纯采用平衡针法治疗。两组疗程均为23天,观察临床疗效及疼痛VAS评分的变化情况。结果①治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为97.50%和84.21%,治疗组疗临床效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。②两组治疗前后组内比较,疼痛VAS评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,治疗组疼痛VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味去杖汤结合平衡针法可明显改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined ＂Jiawei Quzhang Decoction＂ and balance-acupuncture therapy for the treatment of lmnbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods Seventy-eight cases were randomized into treatment group and control group by random number table. Treatment group in which 40 cases were treated by combination of ＂Jiawei Quzhang Decoction＂ and balance-acupuncture therapy, and control group in which 38 cases were treated by balance- acupuncture therapy, with the course of 23 days. The clinical efficacy and VAS scores were observed before and after treatment. Results （3）The total effective rate was 97.50% in the treatment group and 84.21% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. （2） There was significant difference in VAS score between before and after treatment in each group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; and after treatment, significant difference was found in VAS score between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined ＂Jiawei Quzhang Decoction＂ and balance-acupuncture therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of LDH.
