岩黄连提取物对CCl_4致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究岩黄连提取物对小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法昆明小鼠72只随机分为正常对照组,模型对照组,阳性对照组(联苯双酯,600ng/g),岩黄连高、中、低剂量组(15.0、30.0、60.0μg/g)。各组给予相应药物连续灌胃10d后,除正常组外,余组采用四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导小鼠肝损伤模型。测定血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)含量以及小鼠肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,肝脏指数及脾脏指数,观察岩黄连提取物对肝损伤的保护作用。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组小鼠血清ALT、AST含量升高,肝组织SOD降低,MDA升高,肝脏指数增大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,岩黄连高、低剂量组小鼠血清ALT含量降低,岩黄连高、中、低剂量组小鼠血清AST含量降低,岩黄连各剂量组小鼠肝组织SOD升高、MDA降低,肝脏指数降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。与阳性对照组比较,岩黄连中剂量组ALT含量及岩黄连高剂量组AST含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。岩黄连各剂量组之间各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论岩黄连提取物对CCl4引起的小鼠肝脏损伤有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of Corydalis saxicola Buning extract on liver injury in mice. Methods Seventy-two mice were randomized into normal group, model group and positive control group (Bifendate, 600 ng/g) and three Corydalis saxicola Buning groups (15. 0, 30.0, 60.0μg/g). All the groups were treated with corresponding medicine by intragastric administration for 10 days. Except for normal group, the others were used to established liver damage models induced by CCl4. The ALT levels AST level, SOD activity, MDA content, liver index, spleen index were detected and the protective of Corydalis saxicola Buning extract on liver injury was observed. Results Compared with normal control group, the levels of ALT, AST, MDA and liver index were increased, and the SOD was decreased in model group, with significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with model group; the ALT contents were decreased in high-dose and low-dose Corydalis saxicola Buning groups, and the AST contents were decreased, the SOD activities were increased, the MDA levels and liver indexes were decreased in three Corydalis saxicola Buning groups, with significant differences between model group and Corydalis saxicola Buning group (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with Bifendate group, there were significant differences in the ALT of medium-dose group and AST of high-dose group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). No significant difference was found among Corydalis saxicola Buning groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Corydalis saxicola Buning extract has protective effect on liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice.
