摘要
本文探讨通过建立用户体验评价方法,分析商业视频服务系统运营数据和进行实验检验,找出大规模视频服务中用户体验规律,以及大规模用户行为规律。具体讨论的研究内容包括:研究分发策略对用户体验的影响,研究用户体验对用户行为的影响,研究大规模用户行为规律及其对技术系统的影响。
In environment of large scale video service, system resource have to be deployed reasonably to insure user experience. So user's behavioral pattern must be known well in advance. Deep analysis of user experience and behavioral pattern can optimize service system, improve view experience and help enterprise to realize meticulous management. In this paper, related domestic and foreign researches are analyzed and key points are discussed.
