摘要
采用ESR、IR、元素分析、磁化率测定等分析手段和有关的化学方法,探讨了漆酚与FeCl_3形成漆酚醌铁(Ⅱ)螯合物的过程。在这个过程中,漆酚与FeCl_3首先形成漆酚铁(Ⅲ)配合物,继而,该配合物的中心离子与配位体间发生氧化还原反应,并进一步生成黑色的漆酚醌铁(Ⅱ)螯合物。
The formation of urushiol quinone ferrous chelate from urushiol and FeCl_3 has been studied by IR and ESR etc so as to probe into the essence of the tradilional black polish lacquer. The urushiol-Fe(Ⅲ) complex was produced first when urushiol reacted with FeCl_3. Afterwards, oxidationreduction occured within the complex molecule, and Fe(Ⅲ) was reduced to Fe(Ⅱ) and the urushiol was oxidized in part to quinone. Finally, the Fe(Ⅱ)combined with the quinone and formed the urushiol quinone ferrous chelate.
