口服避孕药与乳腺癌中文文献的Meta分析

目的 :探讨口服避孕药与乳腺癌的关系。方法 :采用Meta分析的方法 ,对我国学者在国内公开发表的 8篇有关流行病学研究文献进行综合定量分析。根据资料一致性检验结果 ,采用随机效应模型 (D L法 )计算总OR值。结果 :口服避孕药与乳腺癌之间总的合并OR值为 1.414,其 95 %可信区间为 1.10 2～ 1.816 ,经统计学检验差异有显著意义 (χ2 =4.46 7,P <0 .0 5 )。结论

To explore the relationship of oral contraceptives(OC) to breast cancer, a meta analysis was carried out ot quantitatively summarize 8 published studied on OC in terms of the epidemiology of breast cancer. Homogeneity test showed that random effect model should be selected. We extracted the odds rate (OR) and its corresponding 95% confidence interval(95% CI) in each study and then calculated the pooling total OR for all studies. The pooling total OR (95% CI) was 1.414 (1.102 1.816), and a significant difference was found( χ 2=4.467, P<0.05 ). The results showed that OC is the risk factor of breast cancer.
