摘要
为正确评定稻草和豆秸在肉兔上的表观消化能(ADE)和营养物质表观消化率,试验选择42只85日龄左右、平均体重(2.26±0.29)kg的伊拉肉兔,随机分为7组,每组6个重复。试验饲粮用套算法配制,稻草、豆秸替代基础饲粮的比例分别为20%、15%和10%,采用全收粪法进行消化试验。预试期和试验期各5 d。结果表明,1)总能(GE)、ADE和能量表观消化率分别为:稻草,13.90 MJ/kg、4.06 MJ/kg和29.20%;豆秸,14.98 MJ/kg、2.43 MJ/kg和16.22%。2)干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗灰分(Ash)、钙(Ca)和磷(P)的表观消化率分别为:稻草,44.61%、74.04%、11.23%、27.97%、25.95%、30.94%、17.39%和0.51%;豆秸,36.66%、29.22%、4.54%、26.22%、15.05%、30.18%、32.23%和-68.15%,稻草中CP、P的表观消化率显著高于豆秸(P<0.05)。3)不同套测比例测得的稻草ADE、CF、NDF、ADF及豆秸DM、CF、Ca的表观消化率差异显著(P<0.05)。综合稻草和豆秸的化学组成和营养物质表观消化率指标,认为本试验所测稻草的营养价值要高于豆秸,同时消化率测定的套测比例以不低于15%为宜。
This experiment was designed to evaluate the apparent digestible energy and nutrient apparent digestibility in rice straw and soybean straw of meat rabbits.Forty-two 85-day-old Yila meat rabbits with an average body weight of (2.26 ± 0.29) kg were randomly allocated into 7 groups with 6 replicates per group.The experimental diets were formulated by substitution method and the substitution ratio of rice straw and soybean straw in basal diet were 20%,15%,10%,respectively.The digestion trial was using a total collection of excreta method.Both pre-trial and trial period lasted for 5 days.The results showed as follows:1) gross energy (GE),apparent digestible energy (ADE) and apparent digestibility of energy in rice straw and soybean straw were 13.90 MJ/kg,4.06 MJ/kg,29.20% and 14.98 MJ/kg,2.43 MJ/kg,16.22%,respectively.2) The average apparent digestibilities of dry matter (DM),crude protein (CP),crude fiber (CF),neutral detergent fiber (NDF),acid detergent fiber (ADF),crude ash (Ash),calcium (Ca) and phosphorus (P) in rice straw and soybean straw were 44.61%,74.04%,11.23%,27.97%,25.95%,30.94%,17.39%,0.51%,and 36.66%,29.22%,4.54%,26.22%,15.05%,30.18%,32.23%,-68.15%,respectively.The apparent digestibilities of CP and P in rice straw were significantly higher than that in soybean straw (P 〈 0.05).3) The apparent digestibilities of ADE,CF,NDF,ADF in rice straw and DM,CF,Ca in soybean straw in different substitute percentages were significant difference (P 〈 0.05).In conclusion,considering the indexes of chemical composition and nutrition digestibility,the nutrient value of rice straw is higher than that of soybean straw for meat rabbits,meanwhile the substitute ratio of feeds should be no less than 15%.
