摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮添加高剂量大豆黄酮对蛋鸡大豆黄酮及其代谢产物雌马酚沉积的影响。选取体重、产蛋率相近的56周龄海兰褐蛋鸡640只,随机分为4组(每组8个重复,每个重复20只),对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加10(最高推荐有效量)、50(5倍最高推荐有效量)、100 mg/kg(10倍最高推荐有效量)大豆黄酮的试验饲粮,预试期3周,试验期12周。结果表明:大豆黄酮显著影响了蛋鸡产蛋率、产蛋量和料蛋比(P<0.05),产蛋率、产蛋量和料蛋比均与大豆黄酮添加量呈显著二次曲线关系(P=0.029、0.003、0.019)。大豆黄酮对蛋鸡血清中大豆黄酮及其代谢产物雌马酚的含量没有显著影响(P>0.05);而显著影响了第4周蛋黄中大豆黄酮及雌马酚的含量(P<0.05,一次线性P<0.05),但对第8周和第12周蛋黄中大豆黄酮及雌马酚的含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可知,饲粮添加大豆黄酮对血清中大豆黄酮及其代谢产物雌马酚的含量没有影响;高剂量短时间内会引起鸡蛋中大豆黄酮及其代谢产物雌马酚的沉积,但随着时间推移该沉积效应逐渐降低。
This trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of high-dose daidzein as a feed additive on the deposition of daidzein and its metabolite equol of laying hens.Six hundred and forty 56-week-old Hy-Line Brown laying hens with similar body weight and laying rate were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 8 replicates per group and 20 hens per replicate.Laying hens were fed a basal diet supplemented with 0 (control),10 (the highest recommended effective dose),50 (five times of the highest recommended effective dose) and 100 mg/kg (ten times of the highest recommended effective dose) daidzein for 12 weeks after a 3-week adaptive phase.The results showed as follows:laying rate,egg mass and feed/egg were significantly affected by daidzein supplementation (P 〈 0.05),while there were significant quadratic correlations between laying rate,egg mass,feed/egg and daidzein supplementation (P =0.029,0.003,and 0.019,respectively).Daidzein had no significant effects on the contents of daidzein and its metabolite equol in serum of laying hens (P 〉0.05).Daidzein had significant effects on the contents of daidzein and its metabolite equol in yolk of laying hens in the 4th week of the experiment (P 〈 0.05,linear P 〈 0.05),but had no significant effects in the 8th and 12th week of the experiment (P 〉 0.05).It is indicated that the daidzein as a feed additive makes no difference in the contents of daidzein and its metabolite equol in serum of laying hens,and the high-dose daidzein makes high deposition of daidzein and its metabolite equol in eggs in a short period,but this deposition effect decreases as time goes on.
