康奈尔净碳水化合物和蛋白质体系定义的C组分的小肠可消化性 被引量:1

摘要 本试验旨在评定康奈尔净碳水化合物和蛋白质体系(CNCPS)的C组分的小肠可消化性。从奶牛场采集10种饲料样品,测定其C组分的瘤胃降解率,采用体外法测定饲料原料及12 h瘤胃降解残渣的C组分的小肠消化率。结果表明,10种饲料C组分的瘤胃降解速度常数(k c)在0.39%/h^3.89%/h之间;饲料原料C组分小肠消化率在0~81.61%之间,饲料12 h瘤胃降解残渣C组分小肠消化率在0~43.21%之间,表明不同的饲料原料和12 h瘤胃降解残渣之间的C组分小肠消化率存在差异,部分饲料具有很高的C组分小肠消化率,不应忽略。结果提示,CNCPS定义的C组分在瘤胃中可以降解,且部分种类饲料该组分具有很高的小肠消化率,在评定饲料品质时应考虑C组分对小肠可消化氨基酸流量的贡献。 This study was conducted to investigate the small intestine degradability of C protein component defined by the Cornell net carbohydrate and protein system (CNCPS).The ruminal degradability of C component of 10 feed samples from different dairy farms were measured.The small intestine digestibility of C component in raw materials and 12 h ruminal degradation residue were analyzed by in vitro method.The results showed that ruminal degradability rate coefficient (kc) of C component in the 10 feed samples ranged from 0.39%/h to 3.89%/h,the small intestine digestibility of C component in feed raw materials ranged from 0 to 81.61%,and that in 12 h ruminal degradation residue ranged from 0 to 43.21%,which indicated that there was difference in different feed raw materials and 12 h ruminal degradation residue,and the small intestine digestibility of some feeds was too high to be ignored.It is concluded that C protein component defined by the CNCPS is degradable in the rumen,and some kinds of feed might have high digestibility in the small intestine.The contribution of C component to digestive amino acids in small intestine should be considered.
