中药注射剂不良反应的中文文献分析

Bibliometical Analysis of Adverse drug Reactions Caused by Injectable Chinese Traditional Drugs

目的 :了解文献报道中有关中药注射剂引起的各种不良反应 ,为临床合理用药提供资料。方法 :以国内公开发行的 3种药学期刊中有关中药注射剂不良反应的病例报道为基础 ,兼顾随机对照试验和病例对照试验进行分析。结果 :中药注射剂常见的不良反应是过敏反应。容易发生不良反应的是双黄连注射液。结论 :中药注射剂的各种不良反应日益多见 。

To understand adverse drug reactions caused by injectable Chinese traditional drugs and provide information for the clinical practice, the articles on adverse drug reactions were retieved from 3 pharmacological periodicals. These articles were mainly the case reports of adverse drug reactions, with emphasis put on the randomized control and case control studies. Our results showed that the common adverse drug reactions were allergic reactions. The agent that tended to cause adverse drug reaction was Shuanghuanglian Injectio. Our study showed that more attention should be paid to the adverse drug reactions caused by the injectable Chinese traditional drugs in view of the increasing occurrence of such adverse drug reactions.
