探讨闭角型青光眼采用超声乳化白内障吸除术的临床疗效

Study of Angle Closure Glaucoma with Cataract Clinical Curative Effect in Surgery

目的讨论超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法选择2010年1月-2013年1月,我院眼科收治的闭角型青光眼患者51例102眼,随机分为两组,治疗组采用超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗,对照组采用小梁切除术治疗,对照患者治疗前后视力、前房深度、眼压等情况变化。结果两组治疗后视力、前房深度、眼压、房角宽度等较治疗前均有明显改善,治疗组比对照组变化更大,差异有统计学意义;治疗组比对照组出现的不良反应少,以角膜水肿、瞳孔散大、虹膜萎缩为主,对症治疗后恢复正常,无视网膜脱落,差异有统计学意义。结论闭角型青光眼患者应用超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗,能保证患者视力改善,安全,是值得肯定的治疗方法。

Objective To discuss the phacoemulsification surgery treatment in addition to angle-closure glaucoma clinical efficacy. Methods 102 cases of 51 patients with primary angle closure glaucoma were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group received phacoemulsification surgery treatment. Results After treatment, visual acuity, anterior chamber depth, intraocular pressure, angle width than before treatment were significantly improved in the treatment group than in the control group did not change greater difference was statistically significant; treatment group than in the control group had adverse reactions to corneal edema, mydriasis, iris atrophy, symptomatic treatment to restore normal, no retinal detachment. Conclusion Angle-closure glaucoma patients phacoemulsification surgery treatment in addition, to ensure that visual acuity improved security is worthy of treatment.
