负压吸疱法及薄层削片法白癜风自体表皮移植疗效观察

Effect of autologous epidermal graft by suction blister and lamellar chip method on vitiligo

目的探讨负压吸疱法及薄层削片法自体表皮移植治疗白癜风的疗效观察。方法将86例患者按取皮方法不同分为薄层削片组42例及负压吸疱组44例,观察自体表皮移植后的疗效。结果术后8周,薄层削片法自体表皮移植的总有效率明显高于负压吸疱法(P<0.01)。结论薄层削片法自体表皮移植治疗白癜风较负压吸疱法简便有效。

Objective To explore the effect of autologous epidermal graft by suction blister and lamellar chip method on vitiligo. Methods Totally 86 patients were randomly divided into suction blister group （ n = 44） and lamellar chip group （ n = 42）, which were treated with suction blister and lamellar chip. Then, an evaluation was made to compare the curative effects between the two groups. Results After 8 weeks＇ treatment, the therapeutically effective rate of the lamellar chip group was significantly higher than that of the suction blister group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The therapy of lamellar chip method is more effective than suction blister.
