摘要
采用水热法合成了 ZAPO-5′。对新合成的样品进行了XRD、IR、DTA、TG分析,初步确认其为分子筛型催化剂。考察了ZAPO-5′对乙炔水合反应的催化活性,实验发现它可使乙炔水合反应的转化率达到近90%。研究结果表明,ZAPO-5′在催化领域里具有潜在的应用价值。
The molecular sieve of ZAPO-5' was synthesized by means of hydrothermal method. The samples were characterized by XRD, IR, DTA, TG, and proved to be of molecular sieve structure. According to the catalytic activity of ZAPO-5' for acetylene hydration reaction, we found that the conversion of acetylene was about 90%, so ZAPO-5' has a potential applicability in the field of catalysis.
