肾脏原发性血管母细胞瘤1例 被引量：4

摘要 病人，男，50岁。因“体检发现左肾、右侧肾上腺占位”入院。肾脏及肾上腺MRI平扫＋增强提示：左。肾上极外缘可见1个椭圆形结节影向外突起，大小约4．2cm×2．7cm，T1WI等低信号为主，T2WI压脂不均匀高信号，内见小片状短T1稍长T2信号出血影，边界欠清，肾盂肾盏无明显扩张，肾门无增大，另双肾可见多个小囊性病灶，边界清楚，增强扫描动脉期及左。肾上极结节边缘环形强化呈高信号，中央部分无强化呈低信号，
