摘要
玉米淀粉生产废水成分复杂,主要有机污染物含有淀粉(多聚核糖)、蛋白及其降解中间体系,属含高浓度有机化合物及悬浮物废水。采用投药气浮-UASB-生物接触氧化组合工艺对之处理,工艺运行结果表明,进水COD=11 449 mg/L,BOD=5 466 mg/L,SS=1 230 mg/L的情况下,出水COD、BOD、SS分别为84 mg/L、25 mg/L、75 mg/L,去除率分别可达到99.3%、99.5%、93.9%,出水水质达到(GB 8978—1996)一级排放标准要求,同时厌氧工艺可以回收利用沼气,具有较好的经济效益。
The starch wastewater' s composition is very complex, the organic pollutants containing starch (poly RNA), protein and its degradation, it is the high concentration organic wastewater. The dosing flotation-UASB- bi- ological contact oxidation combined process is used treating the wastewater, the operation results shows: the influent COD = 11 449 mg/L, BOD = 5 466 mg/L, SS = 1 230 mg/L, the effluent COD, BOD, SS were 84 mg/L, 25 mg/L, 75 mg/L, the removal rate can reach 99.3%, 99.5%, 93.9%. The effluent quality reached the level of emission standards( GB 8978-1996). The anaerobic process can be recycled biogas, it has a good economic benefit.
