通过对病案复印中造成工作阻塞的关键点分析,找出问题根源,进而采取种种措施,如加强复印病案制度的宣传,优化病案科内部工作流程,完善医院信息系统功能,实行预约复印,增加复印资源的投入,达到缩短患者等候时间,提高患者满意度的目的。
To analyze the key point of congestion on the medical record copy, and find the root cause. Take all sorts of measures, such as strengthening the copy system publicity, optimizing the medical record department internal work processes, improving the function of hos- pital information system, carrying out reservation copy, increasing copy resources, to shorten the waiting time and satisfy the patients.
