The Practice Administration of Medical Technology in the Hospital

医疗技术管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,2013年医院评审标准中对医疗技术管理要求更加科学与精细,促进了医院管理由粗放型向精细型转变,提高了医院管理水平。为了做好医院医疗技术管理,实现对医疗技术全程监管,本文主要从医疗技术分类管理、管理现状、准入和监管、档案管理等方面,纵向阐述医疗技术实践管理全过程,并结合实际工作经验,就医疗技术管理进行探讨。

Medical technology management is an important part of hospital management, which is more scientific and meticulous in 2013 hospital evaluation standard. It promotes the hospital management from extensive type to the iine one, and raises the level of the hospi- tal management. In order to make medical technology management to realize the entire supervision on medical technology in the hospital, this paper longitudinally sets forth medical technology practice management mainly from classification management, management present situa- tion, the access and supervision, file management during the whole management process, and the paper discusses the administration of medi- cal technology according to our practice experience in the daily work.
