论《伤寒论》的预防原则与方法

Discussion of “the principle and methods of prevention ”in “Treatise on Febrile Diseases”

随着国家医药卫生工作战略的"前移",预防思想研究已成为中医学术界最活跃的领域之一,本文以《伤寒论》原文为据,探讨《伤寒论》中蕴含的预防思想,即未病先防、欲病防发、既病防重、已病防变、病盛防危、瘥后防复;以及相应的预防方法,即针灸预防、剂型预防、服药时间预防、药后调护预防。认为:"活"、"动"、"变"的预防特色是张仲景预防治疗学思想能够历久弥新的生命力所在。

with the development of national medical and health work strategy of ＂forward＂, the idea of prevention re- search has become one of the most active field in Chinese academic circles, this paper based on the original articles from Treatise on Febrile Diseases, discussed the prevention ideas in it, that is prevention before disease onset, prevention be- fore recurrence, prevention before the disease aggravating, prevention the disease changing and becoming critically ill, and prevention the disease recurrence after cured; and the corresponding preventive methods： acupuncture prevention, prescription prevention, prevention of medicine taking time, caring and preventing after medicine. The writer think that： the ＂activity＂, ＂ dynamic＂, ＂ change＂ prevention characteristics are the preventive treatment theory to Zhang Zhongjing＇s enduring vitality.
